Depending on how prepared you are (already qualified for a loan, know the area you want to live in, and the style of home you want) we will credit part of the commission offered by the seller to you, the buyer. This must be acceptable to your lender, and it will be disclosed on your settlement sheet. If you have already found the home you want to buy, we will quote you a fair price to handle all negotiations, home inspection issues, attend settlement and help you with any postclosing issues. This quote will be given to you in writing at the very beginning of our relationship; there will be no surprises or misunderstandings.
If you are considering buying a new home, you will need to consult with us before visiting the model home. Most builders will not pay a commission to a buyer's agent who did not accompany the buyer on the first visit to the new home community. We offer a considerable rebate to new home buyers, don't miss out on thousands of dollars because you visited the builder without us!
